The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL                                             
NO. 114 "An Act increasing the fee for a state business license; and                                
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced

         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 114(L&C) "An Act                                                    
         relating to the fee for a state business license; and
